Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all domestic lower 48 states via USPS first class. All orders are shipped Monday through Saturday within 24-48 hours of cleared payment, except on orders purchased on a holiday they will be shipped the following day. Sales tax is charged for Utah. All of our jewelry is individually handmade we take particular care in packaging, so if they arrive damaged please let us know. We have issued a Merchandise number that is in the form of a certificate that must accompany any damaged or repair item. Packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will have an additional shipping charge. Sorry at this time no international orders accepted.
An additional charge for overnight delivery of purchases is available.
Returns:
A return is an item that is not damaged but the customer has decided they do not want the item. Buyer may return item within 3 days of receipt for refund of price less shipping and handling cost. Please e-mail customerservice@belleamejewelry.com to validate return before item is sent back. We must receive the item in the original condition, (sealed pack must be unopened). Refund will be issued after we receive package. We are not responsible for lost items. We do not accept returns on closeout or sale items.
Privacy:
Contact information including e-mail addresses, telephone number, shipping addresses, credit card numbers, expiration dates, and billing addresses are provided by the purchaser are used solely for the purpose of order completion. We do not retain your credit card number for future purchases. A deep respect for the privacy of our customers is the base of our policy. We will never release any information for the purpose of a solicitation not related to our normal business efforts. Because you have been generous enough to share your personal information with us we will never sell your information for profit.
Repair:
All of our jewelry is individually handmade, because we know you will wear and love the piece of jewelry you have purchased. We offer a lifetime guarantee. Each piece we create comes with a merchandise number found on your Merchandise Certificate. This certificate must accompany the jewelry upon return. You are responsible for all shipping costs for this process. If for any reason we can no longer acquire the exact stone, silver piece, chain etc, you jewelry will be replaced with something comparable.
